Add 3mm to the size on all sides of your document. This means that if your horizontal print needs to be 210 x 297mm (A4 size), create your design at 216 x 303mm.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In programs like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, you can easily set bleed when creating a new document. Make sure that important elements such as text or logos are not too close to the edge of your design. Allow at least a 5mm safety margin from the cutting edge to avoid cutting off critical parts of your design.
